How it Works


Sefton Park Palm House is a very popular venue and we advise planning ahead in good time to ensure you secure your required date.

Our booking process:

    1. Phone call to discuss available dates and confirm any details.
    2. Payment of non-refundable £50 holding fee (deducted from final payment) will put your required date on hold for 14 days whilst you make your final decision to go ahead.
    3. Phone call or letter within 14 days from payment of holding fee to confirm wish to make a booking.
    4. Sefton Park Palm House will send you a contract and an invoice for the deposit (non-refundable).
    5. Payment of the deposit (20% of hire fee) by you confirms and secures your booking.
    6. A second instalment of 30% is due 6 months prior to event.
    7. A final payment of 50% is due 3 months prior to event.


To help you deliver a successful event one of our Events Team is always happy to meet with you at the booking stage to talk through your initial ideas and then prior to the event to discuss the final arrangements. However, you will find all our staff helpful and well informed should you have any queries during your planning.
